Fall Finale Festival at VIR
GTM returns for our Fall Finale Festival with ACNA at VIR!
If you’ve been with us for this event before, you know it’s a track event at the beautiful, scenic and challenging VIR … with a ton of shenanigans thrown in.
The Crew Chiefs have coordinated the lodging and garages and more information will become available on the 8th of November.
This year you have a couple e-Ticket options for this event:
1). Pit Lane / Paddock Loft with a Garage Space**
2). Pit Lane / Paddock Loft ONLY**
3). Saturday Night Party ONLY – consider this the “cover charge” (this is included in the options).
Important Notes: we are limited to 4 rooms (8 beds); you will be sharing a room with someone else; and for those that purchased garage spaces; those cars will be parked inside at night – Garage sharing will most certainly happen during the day. If you would like to be a “floor dweller” in someones room, that is up to you to coordinate with the folks getting a bed. **Both e-Ticket prices include food/beverage fees for our traditional Saturday Night Party and other goodies.
Cancellation: If you’ve registered and can’t make the event, you are welcome to sell your e-Ticket to someone else in the club. However, cancellation must occur atleast two weeks before the event date for a full refund. Please contact Eric M or Brad N to make arrangements and discuss your scenario.
