Animal House Part-3 & Awards Night

This event — what can we say, if you were there last year you know what’s up! if you weren’t, we’ll let’s just say it’s a party with a track problem. In addition to all of the normal festivities we will also be hosting our End of Year Awards Night on Friday the 18th.

Adapting to feedback from last year, we are making the GTM “Animal House” reservation process a much simpler and streamlining the packages using our e-Ticket system (below).

Package Pricing, includes Dinner/Happy Hour: Thursday and Friday night. Saturday night will be BBQ with HOD with desserts back at the House. Breakfast: coffee/donuts on Friday/Saturday/Sunday morning (at the Track in the GTM garages). If you would like something else for Breakfast you are encouraged to find something on your own. Price also includes: incidentals, supplies, credit card fees, etc.

e-Ticket Prices are as follows (for the 3-day weekend):
– $250 per (single) person. If you’re a couple, add + $150 for the 2nd person if sharing a bed ($400).
– $200 per (single) “floor dweller.”
– $25 per person for Awards Night ONLY.

Cancellation Policy: We understand, *$-happens,* in the event of a catastrophic or family emergency we will be able a portion of the weekend fees.

What to bring: You *do not* need to bring anything additional to the house. We plan to take care of all the shopping in Watkins Glen on Thursday afternoon
