Drastic price reduction on single-piece carbon fiber wheels

Share

ESE Carbon, makers of carbon fiber wheels, recently announced new, lower pricing on their popular E2 line of wheels.  Available in a multitude of sizes, the company has been crafting single-piece, carbon wheels in the United States for roughly 10 years and is excited about their new pricing – a set of four wheels is now $1,125 per wheel or $4,500 for a set.  To compare, often times a single carbon fiber wheel can cost around $5,000.

The case for carbon fiber wheels is solid and growing in popularity.  What began on the race courses (Michelin and Citroen both developed the first carbon fiber wheels back in the 1970s) has evolved into the must-have accessory for modern motoring.  ESE wheels weigh roughly 17 pounds, which generally translates to less than half the weight of most factory metal wheels.  With weight like this, vehicles exhibit quicker acceleration, shorter braking distances, higher MPG and extended e-range among other benefits.  Learn more.
