Annual Awards Banquet

Hello, WDCR Family! We are stepping into our 76th year as a region, as there is much to celebrate again this year. We are excited to have everyone come together for this evening affair with dinner, dancing, and multiple awards presentations hosted at the fabulous Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD.

Please Join us to celebrate and help recognize all the deserving folks who contribute to making our programs and events successful.

• Road Racing Awards 4:30 pm -6:00 pm – Ellicott Room
• Cocktail/Hors D’oeuvres 6:30 pm -7:30 pm – Wedgewood Lobby
• Dinner, Awards & Dancing 7:45 pm -10:30 pm – Wedgewood Ballroom

Ticket Information

• $42.00 per person
• Kids 6 and under are free.
• Ticket sales end at Midnight on January 3, 2024.

Please note that all ticket sales are final, and tickets will be picked up at the SCCA Registration desk in the lobby on the evening of the Banquet.

Meal Choices

• Beef – 8oz Strip Steak, Wild Mushroom Demi-Glace, Asparagus, Mountain red blend rice
• Chicken – Herb-Roasted Chicken, Brown & Wild rice medley,Squash, Creamy Dijon Sauce
• Vegetarian – Grilled Vegetable Stack, Portobello Mushroom, Tomato, Onion, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant, Risotto With a Balsamic Reduction
• Gluten-free meals are available upon request. Please indicate this on your registration form.
• Children 11 – 6 are offered a kids’ meal, chicken tenders, tater tots, vegetables, dessert, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. Children 6 and under are free with an adult.
