WDCR SCCA Track Event (HPDE/TT) #2 @ Summit Point

Register for Track Event #2 (Instructor Clinic) on March 23-24 on the Shenandoah Circuit at Summit Point.

This is our yearly Instructor Clinic, so the Saturday and Sunday schedules differ from the usual format of this event. Saturday is for Intermediate, Advanced, and Instructor Clinic groups only. Novice and Time Trail run groups are only available on Sunday. Saturday has tons of track time, with additional run time for Intermediate and Advanced groups. All of the usual run groups are available on Sunday. Register below

Join Washington DC Region SCCA for a High-Performance Driving Education (HPDE) event with Time Trials on March 23-24 at Summit Point on the Shenandoah Circuit.

The Summit Point HPDE & TT Program is excited to announce the tentative schedule 2024! HPDE & TT events are expected on the following dates at the following Summit Point circuits:

• March 2-3 – Main Circuit
• March 23-24 – Shenandoah Circuit
• April 26-28 – Main Circuit
• June 1-2 – Jefferson Circuit (NEW DATE for 2024)
• July 13-14 – Shenandoah Circuit
• August 17-18 – Shenandoah Circuit
• September 7-8 – Shenandoah Circuit
• October 5-6 – Main Circuit (NEW DATE for 2024)

We are particularly excited about the new date on Jefferson. The June event does away with a too-lengthy gap between the late-April and mid-July events. Its addition to the calendar means the program will continue to hold events on each of Summit Point Motorsports Park’s three unique and challenging circuits. Finally, moving the Jefferson event from October to June enables us to add an additional date on Summit Point’s Main Circuit for 2024.

*NOTE: Depending on the national Time Trials schedule, Time Trials may not be offered at every event on this schedule. Time Trial drivers should look for announcements from the Time Trials Competition Director in the coming weeks.

While we are confident that this schedule is firm, we do not yet have a contract with Summit Point. Therefore this schedule is subject to change.
