Andrew Mason

Welcome Aboard: "I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our newest member, Andrew "Big Dubz" Mason. He and I go way back (about 14 years now I think) and have been friends ever since I took him for the ride of his life during a test drive in a SVT Cobra at Carmax (where he was working at the time). He didn't know me and I didn't know how to drive so it was a pretty memorable experience.  He and I started autox'ing together with Eric in the early 00's and have been through the PCA autox driving clinics. We also used to Drag Race together before he went off and had a family. His car history includes a Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe (hilarious to watch that boat fit through an autox course, even funnier when he pissed off a few Z3 drivers because he beat their times) and a Camaro SS. Currently he and his father are building a Factory Five roadster for cruising and light PDX/Autox events. the car has a 4.6 4V V8 and will be pretty nasty once its all put together. He is also possibly looking at getting a CTS-V or equivalent for the street once he is ready.  Other interests include reading, Game of Thrones, Hockey (he used to play, Mark-you and he should talk), rock music, long walks on the beach, fishing, listening, wood working, beer brewing, honey-do lists, candlelight dinners, etc.  Enjoy GTM"View Andrew's Profile.
